SYNTAX	atan( NUMBER ), atan( ARRAY )
RETURNS	NUMBER ARRAY
FUNCTION	Returns the arc tangent of NUMBER or ARRAY. The value is returned in radians
EXAMPLE	The formula "atan( 1.00 )" returns PI/4
